Top 5 Financial Stocks For 2018


Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG) is one of the world’s largest producers of consumer packaged goods. Despite the company’s share price movement followed an upward trend since the beginning of this year (see Picture 1), P&G’s performance leaves much to be desired. On the one hand, the company’s revenues are negatively affected by macroeconomic conditions, and mainly currency changes. On the other hand, P&G is facing a threat from competition, because even excluding currency effects, all the company’s segments are experiencing a decline in volumes and loss of global market share. For these reasons, P&G is not the best company to invest in right now. Below I will elaborate why you should sell shares of P&G. For this purpose, I will analyze the company’s financial position, and then I will estimate the target price of its shares.
